Before we agree to work on your web design project, we'll first perform a Digital Needs Assessment (DNA) and review it with you during out complementary Web Development Consultation. During the DNA phase of a project, we'll review your organization's current digital assets, including websites, social media accounts, and listings on other platforms like Google, Yelp, and more to determine where we can build real online success for your business.
We believe in providing honest feedback to our prospectives and Clients, whether we're able to provide value. If we know in our heart that you can get better value for your organization's hard-earned dollars elsewhere, we believe in pointing you toward those resources.
What You Can Expect
1 Digital Needs Assessment
During the Digital Needs Assessment phase of a project, we develop an overall understanding of where your organization stands online.
2 Service Proposal
If we believe we can provide ethically-responsible services to your organization, we'll generate a proposal which maps out a game plan for delivering a successful outcome for your organization online.
3 Client Agreement
After providing your organization with a proposal of our services, we'll form an official Client Agreement that outlines the formal relationship between your organization and ours, including the specific Scope of Work we'll provide, the Schedule of Completion for your project, and Terms & Conditions that include rights for each party that protect both sides should either party not fulfil the conditions of the agreement. We rarely have to enforce the Terms & Conditions section of the agreement, but not all organizations live up to the high standard we et for our client relationships. If your organization partners with us on your future digital success, rest assured your organization is in esteemed company.
4 Retainer or Payment Plan
With the Client Agreement executed by both parties, we'll start delivering services to your organization as soon as we receive a retainer for the work we've agreed to provide in the Scope of Services. Clients that express a financial need may be approved for a payment plan where we'll provide services based on the same Schedule of Completion, but defer payments across a 12-, 24-, or 36-month period. Interest charges apply to all financing plans offered.
5 Project Delivery
While delivering the services we agreed upon in the Scope of Work section of the Client Agreement, we will provide you with regular updates every 2 weeks of service. For some services (like Web Design), some stages of the development of your project may be delayed if we have to wait more than 24 hours for a response to any request that we send you. Requests may be anything from clarification of wording for mission-critical text, to images or other files or content that we require to complete our work.
6 Maintenance and Success
We're not in this field to send out or work and move on to the next client. Our mission is to deliver the highest quality websites to businesses that need them, and the best websites require regular monthly maintenance by web development professionals. Who better to make sure your website operates at peak performance for your business than the agency that made it for you?! We are not in the habit of abandoning our Clients once the website is built. After we build it, we make sure it proves to generate a return on investment.
